Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping children develop their abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments and interpret evaluation results for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Partner with teachers and parents, offering resources and strategies for generalization across settings
