School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Portola Valley, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping children develop their abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments and interpret evaluation results for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Partner with teachers and parents, offering resources and strategies for generalization across settings
