  • Hold an active Virginia SLP license
  • Certification in SLP-CCC or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational experiences

Role highlights:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
