What We’re Looking For:

• Current Virginia SLP license required
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP credentials accepted; open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates
• Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings
• Ability to handle a K-12 caseload, adapting services to different age groups and developmental profiles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in school meetings and provide support to families as needed
