What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Virginia SLP license or SLPA credential
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLPs holding their CCC welcomed
• Previous school-based experience or strong passion for student-centered care
• Adaptable communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to serving diverse student populations in an educational setting

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
• Maintain thorough records of progress and session notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
