Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Poteet, TX

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active and valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings, particularly middle schools, strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively
• Willingness to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Maintain thorough documentation and statutory compliance
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and staff
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP team discussions
