Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to address various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records as required by school protocols
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
