Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to address various speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records as required by school protocols
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
