Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Potts Camp, MS

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Familiarity with school-based therapy approaches and IEP processes
• Experience working with a diverse student population is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of 17 students, ensuring progress toward individual IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success across academic and functional areas
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Accurately document session notes and student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to the multidisciplinary team
• Offer flexible scheduling within the allotted 2-3 hours per week, allowing for autonomy in managing your time
