We are seeking two skilled SLPs—holding an SLP-CCC credential—to manage caseloads of approximately 34-40 students each while working closely with school teams and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Experience within school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Dedicated to supporting a diverse range of speech and language needs
- Comfortable working full time throughout the school year
- Consideration may be given to virtual candidates if an SLPA is available to help facilitate on site
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the K-12 student population
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and parents for holistic student support
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and report on student outcomes in compliance with school and district requirements
- Offer expertise for student evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide both direct and indirect services tailored to each student’s unique needs
