Exciting opportunities await for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a dynamic, full-time contract assignment for the upcoming school year. This rewarding position supports two distinct regions across four school sites, each with an estimated caseload of around 34-40 students. It’s a chance to work closely with diverse learners, providing direct impact in their communication and educational growth.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience and passion for student success, ready to tackle the rewarding challenges across multiple school settings.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Hold (or be eligible for) relevant state licensure to practice in educational settings
  • Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with teachers, families, and other support personnel
  • Flexibility to serve two distinct areas, supporting multiple schools
  • Willingness to travel between sites as needed
  • Consideration may be given to virtual candidates if an SLPA facilitator is available onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a varied caseload of K-12 students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor, document, and communicate student progress
  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Provide guidance and in-service support to educators and family members
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
