Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active or pending state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience in a school setting strongly preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students’ educational success
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
