Key Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with active ASHA CCC-SLP credentials
  • Background in school-based speech therapy
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong familiarity with the ARD process, conducting evaluations, and relevant compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to oversee and mentor SLP Assistants
  • Comfortable with blended onsite and virtual responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), providing guidance and support
  • Conduct evaluations and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
  • Ensure all interventions and documentation align with federal, state, and district requirements
  • Deliver direct supervision and support onsite, with flexibility to complete indirect supervision virtually
  • Contribute to a supportive, student-focused environment
