Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills this school year! Join an educational community dedicated to empowering every learner by partnering as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This assignment runs from ASAP through May 12th, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule of 7.5 hours per day. You’ll be part of a supportive team of professionals and report directly to the Lead SLP.

Bring your expertise to a single campus, assisting approximately 55 students with diverse needs. Your work will provide vital communication support that sets students up for success both in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and therapy teams
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and adaptability in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy in accordance with IEP goals
  • Track progress and maintain accurate student records
  • Provide consultative support to teachers, families, and school staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth
