Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure and relevant school certification
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders, including AAC for non-verbal students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide direct speech-language interventions, using creative and evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress, ensuring IEP compliance and clear communication
- Support students during the full academic year, with options to work during ESY and into the following year
