Required Qualifications & Background:
- Active license and credentials for Speech-Language Pathology, including CCC or CFY
- Experience with pediatric populations in academic or healthcare contexts
- Proficiency in teletherapy approaches and virtual service delivery
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services for school-aged children, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student communication and academic success
- Conduct thorough assessments and document progress in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech-language needs, promoting positive outcomes
