Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience with K–12 student populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for a variety of age groups
• Compassionate interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students, identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12, adapting approaches for developmental needs
