We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team for the full school year. This position will serve students in Kindergarten through 4th grade, supporting a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation.
- Serve students with speech-only IEPs as well as students receiving speech-language services as a related service for various disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and student progress.
- Provide individual and/or small-group therapy based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility for PA licensure.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Pay: $40-$45/hour (negotiable based on experience)
