Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-time)

Full-Time | Full School Year | K–4 Caseload

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team for the full school year. This position will serve students in Kindergarten through 4th grade, supporting a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation.
• Serve students with speech-only IEPs as well as students receiving speech-language services as a related service for various disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and student progress.
• Provide individual and/or small-group therapy based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility for PA licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
