Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) passionate about making a difference in school communities. Multiple contract positions are open for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with full-time roles working on vibrant teams supporting students’ communication and academic growth. These positions run from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and are based on-site.
Applicants must hold a valid Washington SLP license as well as an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification. Qualified professionals will join a supportive environment, serving either secondary students (caseloads approximately 45) or elementary students (caseloads approximately 42). In these roles, SLPs will deliver vital services both independently and collaboratively, drawing on evidence-based practices to foster student progress.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Washington State SLP license and valid ESA required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
- Design and deliver individualized therapy to students in assigned caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed
- Provide consultation and support to educators and parents regarding communication disorders
