Whether you're seeking full-time engagement (two positions; 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 per week) or a flexible part-time role (one position; four days per week), you’ll be providing essential, in-person support to students in elementary and high school environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Current fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic speech and language interventions to support academic and social growth
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and analyze results to determine students’ needs
- Consult with teachers, families, and other educational staff to monitor progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Mentor or collaborate with other SLPs as needed
