School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Multiple Openings (2026/2027 School Year)

A school district in the Poulsbo, WA area is seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time onsite positions for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and secondary students
  • Manage caseloads across assigned school sites
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support student success planning

Experience:

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with both elementary and secondary populations is a plus
  • CFY candidates encouraged to apply

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • ESA certification required

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract (Multiple Openings)

Work Hours: Full-time, onsite (school year schedule)

  • End Date: June 17, 2027

Caseload:

  • Elementary: approximately 42 students
  • Secondary: approximately 45 students
