Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly encouraged
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to students at elementary or secondary levels
- Manage a caseload of approximately 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and track student IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students
