Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP License
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly encouraged

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to students at elementary or secondary levels
• Manage a caseload of approximately 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and track student IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students
