This role welcomes both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and Clinical Fellows, offering a supportive environment to grow your skills and expertise.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates pursuing certification
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ communication and academic success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal special education guidelines
