Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY licensure
- Experience in school-based therapy (K-12 population preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to deliver direct and indirect services in compliance with IEPs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Evaluate, diagnose, and write reports for students with speech-language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educational programs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school policies
- Focus solely on speech-language caseload—no extra district duties (bus duty, parent pickup, etc.)
