This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple school sites, serving students within a rewarding and supportive educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or be eligible for SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); SLP-CFY applicants are also encouraged to apply
- Active (or eligible) state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language, and communication services to district students in preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s unique needs and IEP goals
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear input on student needs and present levels of performance
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and maximize student success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP-CFYs, if applicable
