Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Maryland or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Promote inclusion and student empowerment through creative therapy initiatives
