Speech Language Pathologist in Princess Anne, MD

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist supporting children from PreK-3 through 6th grade. Provide expert care and guidance to a caseload of approximately 40-50 students with mild to moderate disabilities while collaborating closely with educators and families. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of 40-50 students
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students with mild to moderate speech and language disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support each child’s progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Monitor student achievement and adjust interventions as needed
