Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Comfortable providing individualized and group therapy within a school setting
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to students’ individual needs
  • Maintain and update detailed documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
  • Deliver consultative support and training to staff regarding language and communication strategies
