Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Background in school-based therapy preferred, but not required
  • Experience or strong interest in serving the K-12 population
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student success
  • Maintain accurate records, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with school and district standards
  • Stay informed on best practices through ongoing professional development
