Key Qualifications:
- Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children, particularly those with behavioral challenges
- Expertise in conducting comprehensive speech-language assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-8 students with severe behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Use data-driven practices to ensure measurable progress in students' communication skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide support to staff as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment, and contribute creatively to student success throughout the year
