Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bilingual proficiency required to effectively support diverse student populations
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; may consider Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Experience working with pediatrics in a school or teletherapy setting highly valued
- Comfortable delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Open to candidates with a strong healthcare or pediatric SLP background
- Please note: SLPAs are not eligible for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, intervention, and therapy to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of bilingual students
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the planning of individualized educational programs
