School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Prudenville, Michigan

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a creative and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference supporting PreK through 12th grade students for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, contract position spans from late August to early June, with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students and a consistent workweek of 35 hours.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with PreK-12 students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet each student’s unique needs and abilities
