We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role offers a consistent schedule, working 35 hours per week, and provides the chance to serve a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. Your work will directly help students develop critical communication skills that shape their educational journey.

Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible State Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
  • School-based experience highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and therapy planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for working with a wide range of ages and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Support students across all grade levels, adapting strategies to meet individual goals
