Now Hiring: School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in the Pulaski, Tennessee area to hire a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills in a collaborative school environment. Interviews are being scheduled now!

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
• Zoom interviews available

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Hold or be eligible for a Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
