Now Hiring: School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in the Pulaski, Tennessee area to hire a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills in a collaborative school environment. Interviews are being scheduled now!
Position Details
- 2026-2027 School Year
- Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
- On-Site
- K-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
- Zoom interviews available
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Hold or be eligible for a Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
