What you bring:

  • Credentials appropriate for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) roles—CCC, CFY, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) considered
  • Previous experience working in K-12 or educational settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services according to each student’s IEP or service plan
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement engaging, individualized intervention plans
  • Consult with educators, support staff, and parents to maximize student progress
  • Monitor and track students’ progress, providing timely reports and updates
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support efforts
  • Maintain all necessary records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

This full-time position offers you 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to build strong connections with your caseload. You’ll work closely with students, families, and fellow professionals, using your skills to help children reach communication milestones.
