Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP—CCC, SLP—CFY, or SLPA
- Previous school-based experience is highly valued, though enthusiastic newcomers are encouraged to apply
- A solid foundation in delivering assessments, creating IEPs, and progress tracking
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy services to a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Consult and partner with educators and family members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, goals, and outcomes
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
