Desired Qualifications and Background:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience delivering speech and language interventions in school-based settings, preferably across K-12 grades
• Solid skills in assessment, intervention planning, and individualized education program (IEP) development
• Strong collaboration abilities with educators, families, and other support professionals
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Positive and flexible attitude, ready to adapt to changing environments and student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and regularly review IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions individually or in groups according to student needs
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Offer consultative support and strategies for teachers to promote academic success and positive classroom communication
• Participate in professional development and stay current on best practices within school speech-language pathology
