Make an impact in students’ lives by providing vital speech-language pathology services throughout the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours each week, working with a diverse population of K-12 students.

Your expertise in communication disorders will help students build confidence and succeed academically and socially. With a full school year commitment, you'll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement individualized interventions and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches as needed
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation as required by school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and support discussions
