We are seeking a motivated professional—either a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)—to collaborate with educational staff and help children reach their communication goals. Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold an active license or certification as an SLP or SLPA in the state (or eligible to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and direct/indirect service models
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively across grade levels and with diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and goal setting
  • Adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
