We are seeking a motivated professional—either a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)—to collaborate with educational staff and help children reach their communication goals. Desired Qualifications:
- Hold an active license or certification as an SLP or SLPA in the state (or eligible to obtain)
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and direct/indirect service models
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across grade levels and with diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and goal setting
- Adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
