Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Valid or pending Washington State SLP license
• SLPs with CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome
• School-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver therapy services both individually and in groups according to IEPs
• Keep thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for students of diverse backgrounds
