Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid or pending Washington SLP license
• Ability to work effectively with K-12th grade students
• SLP-CCC certified professionals and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are both welcome
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to a diverse student population
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed progress records
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning
• Offer guidance in developing communication strategies within the classroom
• Engage in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices
