Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or pending Washington SLP license
- Ability to work effectively with K-12th grade students
- SLP-CCC certified professionals and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are both welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed progress records
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning
- Offer guidance in developing communication strategies within the classroom
- Engage in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices
