Two maternity leave coverages are available: one full-time position from September 4th to January 31st, and a part-time assignment (2 days per week) available immediately through the end of the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
- At least one year of recent experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy for speech and language disorders
- Write progress notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative educational planning
