Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP state license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience in school settings is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams, students, and families
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments to determine eligibility and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote optimal student outcomes
  • Document and report on student performance following state and district protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
