Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC required)
  • Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working exclusively on-site; remote or Voco services are not accepted
  • SLPAs need not apply; seeking only fully credentialed SLPs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Dedicated to providing comprehensive services to diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of needs and backgrounds
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and contribute to goal-setting processes
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Serve students on-site—no teletherapy required or permitted
