Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Active or eligible Washington state SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-age populations or in educational settings
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Positive, student-focused attitude

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students as indicated by IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to support student learning and growth
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
  • Engage in professional development to remain current in best practices
