Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Active or eligible Washington state SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-age populations or in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Positive, student-focused attitude
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students as indicated by IEPs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to support student learning and growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
- Engage in professional development to remain current in best practices
