Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in a K-12 school environment is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students based on their individual needs (caseload details forthcoming)
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in a school setting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
