Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy approaches
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Record and report on student goals, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Offer training, guidance, and resources to educational support staff as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
