Located conveniently near Puyallup, WA, the position invites you to support a dynamic caseload of approximately 50 students, with age range and population tailored to your experience and preference. Your typical workweek will range from 37.5 to 40 hours, with an 8:00 am start and flexibility around school assignments, meetings, and program needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure by the start date)
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations
  • Ability to flexibly manage a varied daily schedule and caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress notes
  • Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment
