What you’ll contribute:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with current, active licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool populations
- Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development needs
- Ability to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative approach, working with teachers and families to support student success
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 preschool students
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide compassionate and effective therapy services
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress updates
- Communicate regularly with families and school staff
