What you’ll contribute:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with current, active licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool populations
  • Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development needs
  • Ability to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Collaborative approach, working with teachers and families to support student success

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45 preschool students
  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide compassionate and effective therapy services
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress updates
  • Communicate regularly with families and school staff
