School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Puyallup, Washington

You'll work with a manageable caseload of 35 students, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and track measurable progress throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active Washington SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with school-based caseloads, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct speech and language assessments, and provide engaging therapy
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to student success

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in an onsite setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and report findings
• Create, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes according to school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
• Utilize evidence-based practices and integrate technology as appropriate
