Empower young learners to find their voices and make a meaningful impact as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school settings. This opportunity offers a dynamic week, providing services to a diverse caseload of students—primarily K-6—spread across multiple school buildings and a few out-of-district placements. With a welcoming start date for the 2026-27 or 2027-28 school year, you’ll have the flexibility to thrive in an environment that values your clinical expertise and compassionate spirit.

What You Bring:

  • Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (CCC-SLP or CFY)
  • Pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP experience
  • Familiarity with K-12 populations, especially elementary-aged learners
  • Experience completing evaluations, delivering direct therapy, consulting with staff, and managing IEPs
  • Ability to bill MA; experience required
  • Comfortable working both onsite and up to one day per week via teletherapy (Zoom)
  • Adept with IEP platforms—open to learning Sapphire

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for an average caseload of 35 students per SLP
  • Conduct evaluations and collaborate on IEP development with multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage documentation and progress monitoring in the district’s digital IEP system
  • Work within school hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, alongside dedicated educators
  • Rotate across three elementary schools, one intermediate, one middle, and one high school, with occasional out-of-district responsibilities
