This opportunity offers a dynamic week, providing services to a diverse caseload of students—primarily K-6—spread across multiple school buildings and a few out-of-district placements. What You Bring:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (CCC-SLP or CFY)
- Pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP experience
- Familiarity with K-12 populations, especially elementary-aged learners
- Experience completing evaluations, delivering direct therapy, consulting with staff, and managing IEPs
- Ability to bill MA; experience required
- Comfortable working both onsite and up to one day per week via teletherapy (Zoom)
- Adept with IEP platforms—open to learning Sapphire
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for an average caseload of 35 students per SLP
- Conduct evaluations and collaborate on IEP development with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage documentation and progress monitoring in the district’s digital IEP system
- Work within school hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, alongside dedicated educators
- Rotate across three elementary schools, one intermediate, one middle, and one high school, with occasional out-of-district responsibilities
