An exciting opportunity awaits for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding summer contract near the Queensbury, NY area. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP licensure in New York State, or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
  • Candidates with CCC, CFY, or strong school-based SLP experience are welcome
  • Prior exposure to school or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Strong collaborative skills with students, staff, and families
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language therapy with students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Perform screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for students as assigned
  • Work closely with educators and support staff to promote optimal learning environments
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to summer school goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports for each student
  • Communicate progress and strategies with caregivers and educational team members
