This position welcomes experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) and SLPAs ready to make a meaningful difference for approximately 75-80 students. You'll join a collaborative special education team and provide impactful services across a diverse student population.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs)
  • Valid SLP license in the state or eligibility; SLPAs encouraged to apply
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Passion for working with Pre-K through Middle School students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to eligible students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs
  • Offer guidance and support to classroom staff regarding speech and language strategies
