A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with 6.5 working hours each day, supporting an elementary caseload throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices to support student communication
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and implement evidence-based treatment strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working as an SLP in pediatrics or school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion preferred
  • Experience with AAC device usage required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SLPA experience within healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory for this role
