Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Prior experience in school and/or healthcare settings
• Proficiency working with pediatric populations
• Knowledge and experience with AAC devices (required)
• Comfort delivering therapy via in-person or teletherapy modalities
• Ability to adapt communication and intervention strategies for diverse learning styles
• SLPA experience or collaboration is a plus
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Serving an elementary-aged caseload with diverse speech-language needs
• Assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions
• Collaborating with educational professionals, families, and support staff
• Developing and implementing IEP goals and documenting progress
• Delivering engaging, individualized, and group therapy sessions (in-person or virtual)
• Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings and supporting inclusive learning environments
• Educating and coaching staff on AAC strategies
