Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Quincy, Massachusetts

Empower students through communication as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a forward-thinking educational environment near Quincy, MA! This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on supporting elementary-aged learners and offers the chance to make a lasting difference in their daily school experience.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours each day, providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and support services within a collaborative and welcoming school team. Put your specialized training to use and build lasting impact by helping children achieve communication milestones.

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred, CFY considered)
• Prior experience within pediatric or school-based settings
• Demonstrated proficiency with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Comfort with teletherapy and in-person service delivery
• Solid clinical foundations and teamwork skills
• SLPA and SLP-Healthcare backgrounds welcome

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and documentation for an elementary caseload
• Implement and oversee AAC usage in classroom and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and deliver IEP-driven goals
• Adapt approach to effectively engage and support diverse student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
