Desired Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Proven experience with teletherapy and in-person interventions
- Background working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with AAC device assessment, programming, and training
- Comfortable collaborating with SLPA staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within a school setting
- Integrate assistive and augmentative communication technology for student access
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, families, and other team members
- Document progress and complete all evaluations and reporting requirements promptly
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of student goals
