Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state license, or eligibility to obtain, as required for school practice
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings highly valued
• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse pediatric population within a school setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to inform individualized treatment plans
• Develop, maintain, and update IEPs based on students’ needs and progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and caregivers to optimize student communication in the classroom
• Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring access to appropriate resources
