School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Quincy, Massachusetts

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, 32.5-hour-per-week position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds, or is eligible for, the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). If you’re a Clinical Fellow (CF), you are encouraged to apply—on-site supervision is available to help jumpstart your professional growth. Monolingual SLPs are welcomed, and interviews are happening now.

The specific caseload and school site will be communicated upon successful credentialing and placement. This allows flexibility to match your expertise and interests with the student needs across elementary, middle, or high school levels.

Ideal candidates offer:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or pending SLP-CCC credential; CFs considered with supervision arranged
• MA state licensure (current or in-progress)
• DESE certification status (current or in-progress)
• Strong commitment to supporting communication, language, and academic success
• Comfort working with diverse student populations in a school setting
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and collaborative skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing speech-language needs for students in K-12 settings
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate records
• Providing direct and consultative services to ensure student development
