Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility), and either CCC or CFY status
  • Previous experience within school settings (elementary preferred), or a strong desire to serve a diverse student population
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for elementary students
  • Administer assessments, interpret results, and develop comprehensive evaluations
  • Create targeted intervention plans and monitor progress
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team decisions
  • Provide ongoing support and training to teachers and families regarding communication strategies
  • Document services accurately in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
