This opportunity focuses on delivering virtual therapy to elementary, middle, and high school students in a dynamic, full-time contract role. Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active North Carolina SLP license required (will consider candidates with an out-of-state license who can obtain NC licensure by June or July)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working within school settings across various student age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Comfortable providing services virtually as a remote SLP
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual speech-language therapy and assessments to K-12 students, adapting interventions to meet diverse needs
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff to support student development
  • Stay current with best practices and school compliance requirements
