Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators

Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individual and small group
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete evaluations/reporting as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise regarding student progress and needs
• Educate staff and families on communication strategies for ongoing support
• Foster an open, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic environment
